MySeat can be used for babies as they become more alert and interactive (approximately 12 weeks old). While MySeat is not a baby swing, with its natural movement its ideal for babies. The removable tether, neck support, and harness system ensure baby is secured safely and makes it easy to adjust for older children. Hushamok recommends using MySeat for babies 12 weeks or older and up to a maximum weight of 50 pounds / 22kg.

This program certifies that products bearing the JPMA Bassinet and Cradles Certification Seal comply with the requirements of the current American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) F2194 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Bassinet and Cradles.
The Hushamok baby hammock has also passed the EU certification program for Safety Requirements and Test Methods for Cribs and Cradles for the relevant EN 1130 requirements.
