Are all items currently in stock?
Most of our items are in stock with the exception of furniture, custom made and personalized items, and a few made upon order items. Please note that although some items may be in stock, it may take up to several weeks for delivery, but all items note their availability on its respective product page. If there is an error, Spunky Sprout will notify you as quickly as possible with the email address you have provided with your order.
Do you have additional items or sizes available?
All available inventory is currently listed on our website. If you are interested in sizes or quantities not currently available, please email us at
customerservice@spunkysprout.com. We are always happy to process a special order, but it is not always up to us if something is currently available from the manufacturer, but we are more than willing to find out for you.
What are the chances an item will be cancelled or backordered after I place my order?
If Spunky Sprout will not have an item available for shipment as scheduled, we will contact you immediately with the email address you provided with your order and notify you of the status. Please note delivery dates for special orders, custom orders, and personalized items are dependent upon our suppliers and are subject to change.
Do you "pre-sell" or "pre-order" upcoming season merchandise?

What size do I need?
To help determine proper fit of baby clothes and children's clothing, please use this Size Charts as a guide in making your boys clothing and girls clothing selections. Please note that this is a general size chart, so it may not be the same size measurements for certain manufacturers whose size run a bit smaller or larger.

ORDERING INFORMATION
What are my payment options?
Spunky Sprout currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. To ensure that your connection is secure, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the web address (URL) window of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
Can I phone in my order or place my order offline?
We do not accept phone orders at this time. If you prefer to place your order offline you may fax your order to (651) 305-6650. You may download our faxable order form

We will email a confirmation of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send another email with tracking information.
Will I be taxed?
Spunky Sprout is required by law to charge 6% sales tax on orders shipped to and within Florida. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states or countries.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We will attempt to cancel or modify any order if we are contacted immediately. We will need to be notified before processing any order, which we normally do within 24-48 hours. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will make every attempt to do so.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
What is the delivery area?
We are happy to ship to most locations around the world! We are able to deliver items within the United States, Hawaii and Alaska, and will try our best to accommodate shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, and other countries outside of the United States. Please note, that due to size, most furniture and oversized items can't be shipped internationally (this includes all orders outside of the US, US Territories, and Canada).
In addition to that, Canadian and International customers need to note that we are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order. Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on particular items. Spunky Sprout will notify customers who have placed orders for these "out of stock" items. On average, most items are shipped within 1 week. However, some items have longer lead times, including made to order and custom orders that may take up to 16 weeks. Each product should specify the shipping time estimation directly on its product page. Note, items ordered together may not arrive in the same box..
Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
We offer Free Shipping on any order placed on our website. However, a few of our vendors require that we charge shipping on their products, and because some large toys, large furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items may have a delivery surcharge, which is applied during checkout.
What are the standard delivery and handling charges?
Actual shipping charges are calculated at checkout for shipments worldwide. Please note that although most ground shipments are shipped via UPS, your shipment may be shipped via either USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or DHL at our discretion.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
What are oversized items and freight charges?
Because some large toys, large furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items may have a delivery surcharge which is applied during checkout; this Oversized Charge is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed under Standard Delivery Charges above. Please note that although some of the larger items do appear to contain significant shipping costs, we do our best to only pass a portion of our actual shipping costs onto our customers. Items marked with oversized charges will have these charges clearly marked on their respective product detail page.
What is "White Glove" delivery service?
Certain items available from Spunky Sprout are delivered via "White Glove" service. These items are blanket wrapped, delivered into your business or residence, assembled (if necessary) and all packaging is removed. There are no additional charges for this service. It is either paid for by Spunky Sprout or is included in the shipping cost.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Spunky Sprout. You may return MOST items within
15 days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange (minus a restocking fee). Non-refundable items are specified on their respective product page (shipping tab). Examples of non-returnable items are sale items, furniture, rugs, custom made, and made to order items. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. If your item appears to have shipping damage, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we may replace the damaged item and pursue a claim with the shipper. To successfully expedite any damage claim, you must keep the original packing material that the item(s) arrived in and print the words, "Damaged Upon Arrival" next to where you sign for the merchandise. Digital or traditional photographs can also be very helpful tools in assisting us to expedite a damage claim. If you have any questions, please email us at
customerservice@spunkysprout.com. Please Note: Any return received after 15 days of original delivery date will not be processed. Exceptions to this will be at the sole discretion of Spunky Sprout and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.
How do I make a return/exchange?
To make a return or exchange simply email us at
customerservice@spunkysprout.com within the 15 day guarantee period to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please indicate the RA number on the outside of the packaging to ensure prompt processing. Your return must be accompanied by the receipt and must include your RA number. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and/or you will be assessed at least a 15% restocking fee. Returns need be well packed and insured for the full price of the item. We recommend the return be sent via traceable method. We cannot guarantee a refund without an RA number. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Spunky Sprout (or the manufacturer). Unless otherwise specified by Spunky Sprout, all returns should be shipped directly back to the manufacturer who shipped it to you (there should be a return address on the packaging), using the same method it was shipped (UPS, Freight, White Glove, etc.). If you are uncertain about any of these details, please email
customerservice@spunkysprout.com. Our manufacturers must receive goods in new condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
You may purchase a gift certificate by clicking on the
Gift Certificate in the left navigation at any time while shopping. All gift certificates are valid for any product on our site (furniture, clothing, accessories, baby gifts, etc.). It never expires and is delivered instantly via email to your recipient.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Gift certificates may be redeemed using the appropriate coupon codes upon checkout.
GIFT WRAPPING
Can I have my items gift wrapped?
Gift-wrapping is available, but not for some large and/or odd shaped items, (diaper bags, bedding, and furniture for example), as noted by a no gift-wrapping icon on the item page. We are happy to include a gift message for free with these items though. Otherwise, gift packaging is available for most items for a small fee. You may enter your personal gift message at checkout. We do not offer free gift boxes.
